Parokshi Technologies Llp

Parokshi Technologies is basically run out of an apartment in Sumadhura Eden. We are in I-304, which is in the North part of Bangalore. It’s a bit different than a traditional office building because you have families living right next door and kids playing in the hallways. We try to keep the noise down so we don't bother the neighbors. Mukesh Kumar started this, and we’ve just been plugging away at tech stuff ever since. The commute through North Bangalore can be a total nightmare, so working from here is actually a relief most days. We have a nice view of the trees from the balcony, which helps when the code gets frustrating. We aren't a big corporation with HR departments and formal dress codes. Most of the time, we’re just in t-shirts and slippers. We handle a lot of different tech projects as an LLP. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we like being our own bosses for the most part. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny brochures. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by just knowing someone who knows us. It’s a small, honest setup where we just focus on getting the work done without any extra drama or corporate talk. We keep the fridge stocked with snacks and just try to get through our to-do list before the sun goes down.
