Paragon Engineers

Finding us on the 3rd floor at 2 Bvk Iyengar Road isn't too hard if you follow the numbers. The address says Electronic City, which can be a bit confusing for people who know the city well, but that’s where we are. Getting up to the third floor every day is a bit of a workout. Paragon Engineers isn't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group, and we like it that way because it keeps things manageable. The office is pretty basic, with some old furniture and plenty of space for our drawings and plans. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. Bvk Iyengar Road is always bustling, and the noise from the street definitely reaches us up here. We don't have a big human resources department or any of those corporate layers. If someone has an issue, we just talk it out in the middle of the room. It is a very direct way of working. Most of our time is spent looking at technical details or talking to people on the phone. We don't have a polished website or a bunch of brochures. We just do the work and then move on to the next thing. It feels good to be in a part of the city that is so active. We have been here for a long time and don't see ourselves moving any time soon.
