We are based at 9 Whitefield, right in the heart of the tech hub of Bangalore. Paprikaas Interactive Services Pvt Ltd has been in this area for quite some time now. Whitefield is always changing, with new buildings going up every week, but we’ve stayed put. Our office is a busy place. There’s usually a lot of noise from people talking and keyboards clicking. We do interactive work, so there’s always something interesting on the screens. It’s not a very formal environment. People wear jeans and t-shirts, and we have a lot of posters on the walls. The kitchen area is where most of the socializing happens over lunch. We have a mix of people from all over India working here. It’s a bit of a melting pot. The traffic in Whitefield can be a nightmare, so we have flexible timings for some of the staff. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we are given. Sometimes we stay late to finish something, and other times we leave early if the work is done. It’s a sensible way to run things. We’ve had some good years here. The building is okay, and we’ve made it our own over the years with all our gear and equipment. It’s just a bunch of people doing what they love and getting the job done.
