Papa John'S Pizza

If you’re looking for our Papa John'S Pizza shop, we’re over at CO Mahesh Hos 456 on 4 Cross in Murugeshapalaya. It’s right off Old Airport Road in Bangalore, so you can imagine how busy it gets around here, especially in the evenings. We spend most of our time in the kitchen, dealing with flour and dough and making sure the ovens are hot enough. It’s a lot of work to keep up with all the orders coming in from the neighborhood. We have a small crew that works shifts from morning until late at night. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have twenty orders at once and the delivery drivers are all out, but we just manage as best we can. We don't have any fancy speeches about our food; we just make the pizzas and send them out the door. The building we’re in is easy to spot once you get onto 4 Cross. Working in Murugeshapalaya means we see all kinds of people every day, from office workers to students. We’re just a bunch of regular people making lunch and dinner for the area. It gets hot and tiring, but we have a good time together in the kitchen. We don't worry about being polished or corporate; we just focus on the next order and making sure we don't run out of cheese before the shift ends.
