You can find us at Marathahalli, in the Doraiswamy Reddy Building on Dr Mitrasen Mahimtura Marg. It’s a bit of a mouthful, the address. The area is always crowded with people and vehicles. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly just chairs for people to wait and a counter where we handle the bookings. We deal with a lot of bus tickets and local trips. It can get chaotic when a lot of people show up at once wanting to go to the same place. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up. The building itself is an older one. We've been here long enough that we know the local chai stall and the other offices around us. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just a few of us making sure the buses leave on time and the passengers are where they need to be. We handle phone calls all day. It’s a lot of talking. Kumbharwada is nearby, and the whole stretch is always humming with activity. We don't have fancy uniforms or anything. Just normal clothes and a lot of work to do. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit. It’s a real business with real daily headaches, but we get the job done. We usually have the radio playing in the background to pass the time between customers. It’s a long day sometimes.
