We are located out in Namakkal district in Tamil Nadu. The office is at number 220 on the Attur Main Road which is usually pretty busy with buses and trucks heading towards Namagiripet. It is a bit of a drive to get here if you are coming from the main city but it is a nice area with a lot of greenery once you get off the highway. The building is a simple concrete structure and it gets plenty of sun throughout the day. We have some posters on the walls and a few chairs for people who come in to ask about work or travel. Since we are in a rural post office area things move a little slower than they do in the big cities. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down notes in big ledgers. The heat can be quite something in the middle of the day so the ceiling fans are always going full speed. It is mostly just us here handling the paperwork and talking to the locals who stop by. We don't have a fancy coffee machine so we usually just get tea from the little shop down the road. It’s a quiet life for the most part except for the sound of the vehicles on the main road.
