Palm Meadows

We've been here at 4th Cross in Chinnaphalli for a good while now. It's funny how much Bangalore has changed since we first set up, but this little corner stays pretty much the same. Most days, it’s just about keeping things running and making sure everyone who walks in feels like they're in the right place. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It's more of a place where you know the neighbors and the guy who sells tea around the corner. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit much, but once you turn into our lane, it quietens down. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day stuff. You might see some of us sitting outside when the weather is nice, just taking a break. It's not always perfect; sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we figure it out. Being in Bangalore means you're always part of a crowd, yet here in our small spot, it feels a bit more personal. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been together for years. We know where the best lunch spots are and which shortcuts to take. It’s a simple life, really. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to be decent people to whoever stops by. That’s pretty much us.
