Pal International, Bangalore

This whole thing started back at Mandumpala House, which is Plot Number 59 in the Hill Gardens area of Anchery, Thrissur. That is in Kerala, but these days Pal International, Bangalore is mostly based out of the city here. It has been a bit of a change moving from the quiet greenery of Thrissur to the fast pace of Karnataka. Even though we are presently in Bangalore, we still keep that strong connection to our roots in Kerala. It is really just a group of us working hard to make things happen. We don't have a fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is more about the work we do and the people we talk to. The transition from Hill Gardens to a city like Bangalore wasn't the easiest, but we have managed to find our rhythm. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the two places, even if the physical work is happening here now. It is a bit of a mix of styles, a little bit of that Kerala patience mixed with the Bangalore hustle. We don't really bother with big speeches or anything like that. We just show up, check our messages, and get to work on whatever the priority is for the day. It is a small team, and we all know what needs to be done. We just keep our heads down and try to stay productive through the week without too much fuss. Bangalore is a lot louder than Thrissur, but you get used to the hum of the traffic after a while.
