Pal Hospitality

We are Pal Hospitality, based in unit 201 of Vijay Apartments, which is right on 16th Cross in Malleswaram. If you know Bangalore, you know Malleswaram is one of those classic neighborhoods with a lot of history and great food. Being in an apartment building means our office feels pretty casual and lived-in. We work in the hospitality sector, which means we spend a lot of time coordinating and making sure things are ready for guests or clients. It isn't always glamorous work. There’s a lot of checking lists and making sure the supplies are stocked. We don't have a big fancy sign outside or a receptionist at a marble desk. It’s just us in a converted apartment space with our computers and files. The building is a bit older, so the lift can be moody sometimes, and we end up taking the stairs more often than we'd like. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is just a short walk away. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a high-rise office. We just want to get our work done and make sure the hospitality side of things runs smoothly. Sometimes we have meetings over tea in the small kitchen area or even out on the balcony. It’s a very grounded way to work. We’ve been here for a while now and we’ve gotten to know the other residents in the building. It’s a nice, simple setup for a small team like ours, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
