Padmavathi Tours & Travels

Padmavathi Tours & Travels is based at number 29 in Rajajinagar. We’ve been in this neighborhood for quite a long time. Rajajinagar is a big area, but our little spot stays pretty consistent. We don’t have a massive fleet of vehicles parked outside or anything; it’s more of an office where we coordinate things. Dealing with tours and travels means the phone is usually ringing or someone is dropping by to ask about trip timings. It can be a bit chaotic on Monday mornings, but we manage to get through it. The office at 29 is just a plain room with some desks and chairs. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we're mostly focused on the bookings and the drivers. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait for things to load, which can be annoying when you're trying to help someone. We’ve known a lot of the families around Rajajinagar for years. People just know us as Padmavathi Tours & Travels. We don't do big advertisements in the newspapers. Usually, someone’s cousin or neighbor told them to come to us. It’s a local business through and through. We just sit here, take the calls, and try to make sure the cars get to where they need to be on time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and we like the people we meet. We try to keep the maps and schedules updated as best as we can.
