Our office is on the 2nd floor of No. 41, over on 14th Cross and 18th Main in Raghavendra Layout. It’s a decent enough spot, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout if you’re carrying heavy bags. We’ve been here for a bit now. The space inside is mostly open, with desks lined up against the walls. We do a lot of tech work, so there’s always the hum of servers and fans in the background. It’s not a silent office by any means. We talk a lot while we work, figuring out problems and testing new things. We don’t really have any posters on the walls or anything to make it look "cool." It’s just a place to get work done. We drink a lot of tea and coffee to keep going through the afternoon slump. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn’t too bad. We don't have a dress code or anything formal. You’ll usually find us in t-shirts and old jeans. We handle various tech tasks as they come in. Some days are slow and we spend time catching up on paperwork, other days it’s a mad rush to finish a project. We don't have a big management structure. Everyone just knows what they need to do. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work for us. We're just a small team in a regular building.
