Padma Vedasri Homes

Padma Vedasri Homes is located over at 30 Ramamurthy Nagar in the Soudharma Aishwarya Layout. Our office is in the Rohinikit building, which is a name people sometimes struggle with, but they find it eventually. Ramamurthy Nagar has grown so much lately that the layout feels like its own little world now. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to the turns, but it’s a peaceful spot once you arrive. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about houses and land, so being in a residential area like this actually feels right. The building itself is pretty standard, nothing too flashy on the outside. We have some plants near the entrance to make it feel a bit more like a home and less like a workplace. On most days, you’ll find us sitting around the main table going over plans or talking to someone who just dropped by. The layout stays quiet during the day, which is nice when we are trying to focus on paperwork. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. Most people find out about us because they saw the building or someone told them we were here in the layout. It’s a bit out of the way from the main city traffic, which I think is a plus. People seem to appreciate that they can park their bike easily and just walk in without much trouble.
