Padam Bag & Novelties

We are located at number 13 on the 2nd Cross of 2nd Main Road in Saraswathipuram, right in the middle of the Kumbarpet area. It is a very busy part of the city, especially with all the wholesale trade going on in the streets nearby. We focus mostly on bags and various novelty items. You will see school bags, travel bags, and small pouches all over the shop. The place is usually quite full, with new boxes arriving most mornings on the back of motorcycles or carts. It is a bit of a squeeze to get through the aisles sometimes when the stock is high. I have been working here for many years, and my hands are always busy fixing the displays or helping someone find a specific size of bag. Kumbarpet is known for being crowded and noisy, and our street is no different from the rest. You will hear the sounds of horns and people shouting all day long. It is not the quietest place to work, but it keeps us on our toes and the day goes by fast. We do not use any fancy marketing tricks or internet ads. We just put the bags out where people can see them and wait for the shoppers to come by and look. The building is an old one, and we have occupied this same spot for a long time. People from all over the district come to this area for their shopping needs. We try to keep a variety of things so there is always something new to see. It is a straightforward business, really.
