We are located at 3/171 on Velarstreet in Madurai. If you know Madurai, you know it gets very hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working properly in our small office. Velarstreet is a regular street with a lot of local activity and small shops. Our place is quite modest. It’s just a couple of rooms where we keep our tools and some desks. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it doesn't affect the work we do. Usually, we start the day by opening the shutters and letting some air in. We don't have a big team, just a few local guys who know the trade. Most of our day is spent handling requests and looking at technical problems. We don't use any fancy software to track our time; we just write things down in a ledger. It’s a very old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. There is a small temple nearby, and we often hear the bells in the morning and evening. It’s a nice background sound. We aren't trying to grow into a massive company. We just like having our own spot on Velarstreet where we can work steadily and talk to the people who walk by. It is a good way to earn a living.
