Pace Group

Pace Group is based out of Sharanya Arcade, No.81/A, on the second floor. This is in the 2nd Block of Rajaji Nagar. It’s a pretty standard commercial building. You walk up the stairs to the second floor and you’ll find us there. The office is a mix of desks and storage cabinets. We have been in Rajaji Nagar for some time now, and we’ve seen the shops around us change quite often. Our space is functional. We don't have any flashy signs or bright lights. It’s mostly just where we do our administrative work and meet with people. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the daily commute of the neighborhood. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at once, but we manage. We have a small area for coffee and tea in the back. Sharanya Arcade is a busy spot, so there’s always a bit of a buzz in the building. We keep a simple schedule and just try to stay on top of our daily tasks. There is nothing particularly special about the decor; it is just a place where work happens. We focus on the files and the data we need to process. Most days are just spent sitting at the computer and talking to people who come by. It’s a steady pace for us here. We keep the calendar marked.
