Our office is situated at 6/44-1 Chamrajpet, which is quite close to the Nehru School. Because of the school nearby, the mornings and afternoons are always very loud and full of activity. We handle a lot of travel arrangements for people in the area, whether they are looking for a car for a day or a longer trip out of town. The desk is usually covered in notebooks and scraps of paper with phone numbers written on them. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It can get a bit stressful when a vehicle is running late, but we try to keep things moving. The office itself is pretty plain, just a couple of chairs for people to sit while they wait and a fan that squeaks a little when it's on high. We’ve been in Chamrajpet for a good number of years now and most of the neighbors know us by name. It’s not a corporate setup at all; it’s more like a small family business where everyone pitches in. We don't really have a set routine because every day brings different requests and challenges. Sometimes we're busy from dawn, and other days it’s a bit slower. We just take it as it comes and try to keep our vehicles in good shape.
