P D H S Hospital

P D H S Hospital is located right across from Pavan School on 2nd Main in Sriram Pura. It’s a busy little area, especially when school lets out and the kids are everywhere. Our building at number 61 has been here for a while, and we’ve seen plenty of patients come through those doors. It’s not like those giant luxury hospitals you see in the papers. We’re a bit more modest. The hallways are clean but they show their age a little. We have nurses and doctors who have been here long enough to know the names of the regulars in the neighborhood. Every day is different; some mornings are quiet and others are a bit chaotic when several people come in at once. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a grand entrance. It’s just a place for people to get better. The noise from the street can be heard sometimes, but inside we try to keep things as calm as possible. We just focus on the medical stuff and making sure people are looked after. Sometimes the waiting room gets full and people have to stand, which we feel bad about, but we do our best with what we have. It’s a local hospital for local people, and that’s how we’ve always run it. There’s no big corporate board here, just us working to keep the community healthy and making sure everyone gets seen by a doctor eventually.
