Oysters Real Assets

Our office is part of the Kumara Krupa Steel Mould Estate, located over on Nagarvel Hanuman Road. We are specifically in the Moti Apartments building, right at number 2. It is a bit of a long address to write down, but it is actually quite easy to find once you are on the right road. We spend most of our days looking at various property papers and talking to people about land assets. Real estate can be a real headache sometimes with all the back and forth negotiations, but we have been doing it long enough that we don't get too worked up about it anymore. The office is small and usually filled to the ceiling with old files and maps. We don’t have those big, glossy property photos in the window like some of the fancy places do. Usually, it is just us sitting around the wooden table going over documents or answering the phone when it rings. People come in looking for a place to stay or maybe an investment, and we just tell them what is currently available. Sometimes we have to head out and look at different sites, which usually means getting a bit of mud on our shoes. The area around Moti Apartments is always quite busy, so there is always something interesting happening right outside our door. We like being here because it is very central and we know the neighborhood well.
