Oxy Drop Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for some time now, and we’ve gotten to know the rhythms of the street. The morning starts with checking the inventory and making sure the staff knows what’s on the schedule for the day. It’s a plain office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of us making sure everything runs okay. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the narrow parts of the road, and we have to go out and help them navigate. It can be a bit frustrating when things are running behind, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating things and making sure we don't miss any messages. The tea stall down the road is where we usually end up during our break time. It’s a good way to clear the head before getting back to the paperwork. We don’t really do big meetings; we just talk across the room to get things done. It’s a practical way to work, and it keeps everyone on the same page without a lot of fuss. We try to keep the place organized, but it’s a struggle.
