We are based over at number 8 in New Thippasandra, in the Bhim Nagar area. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of the city. Our office is basically a converted house, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have the kitchen area where we keep our lunch boxes and a small table where we eat together. The rooms are filled with computers and tangled wires running across the floor. We try to keep them tidy with tape, but it never really stays that way for long. There isn't any fancy branding on the walls, just some whiteboards with scribbles and logic diagrams that nobody has erased in weeks. We wear t-shirts and jeans most days because there’s no reason to dress up just to sit in front of a screen. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids play outside and we can hear them through the walls. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do stay late quite often when we’re trying to fix a bug or finish a project. We get our tea from a small stall at the corner of the street. It’s a small team of us here, and we all know each other's habits by now. We don't have a big sign outside, so people sometimes walk past us without realizing there’s a software company inside. It’s just a plain, hardworking spot in a normal neighborhood.
