Orionwave Private Limited is based out of Villa 145 in RBD Stillwater, right over on Silver County Road. It’s a quiet spot in Haralur. Being in a villa means it’s not your typical high-rise office experience. We’ve got the usual Bangalore traffic to deal with on the way in, but once you’re here, it’s actually pretty decent. Most of us just get in, grab some coffee, and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. The Haralur area has changed a lot lately, lots more buildings coming up around us, but our corner stays relatively tucked away. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have fancy reception desks or a floor of HR people. It’s mostly just people at desks trying to figure things out. Sometimes the internet acts up or the delivery guy can't find the villa number, but we manage. People often ask what it's like working from a residential-style setup, and honestly, it’s just more relaxed. You don’t feel like a cog in a giant machine. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of the neighborhood. The local shops know us by now. We aren't trying to change the world overnight; we just want to do our jobs right and head home. It's a practical way to run things, keeping it small and focused right here in Bangalore South. There’s always someone around to chat during breaks, which is nice. It works well for us.
