You can find us at the 2nd Byrappa Block in the 3rd Main Road area of Bangalore. Raju S. started this thing, and we’ve been operating out of this small spot for a while. It’s a bit cramped inside because of all the brochures and files we keep. We do travel and tour bookings for whoever walks in. The neighborhood is mostly houses, so it’s pretty quiet in the mornings. There’s a small shop next door where we get our biscuits. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people who come to us are neighbors or friends of people we’ve helped before. We spend a lot of time on the phone with bus operators and hotels. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit. We try to keep track of everything in our ledgers and on the old computer. It’s a regular office with a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their tickets to be printed. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We're just a small team trying to make sure people get where they need to go. If the gate is closed, just ring the bell and someone will come down. It's simple work but keeps us on our toes.
