We like the slower pace here because it lets us focus on the tech side of things without too many distractions. The building itself is a local house-style structure, which gives the whole operation a very personal feel. It doesn’t feel like you’re walking into a cold, sterile company. It feels like you’re visiting a neighbor. We have our equipment set up in a way that’s practical for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive office furniture or a high-tech lab look. It’s mostly just us, our ideas, and the tools we use to build things. Tumkur is a great place to be because it’s growing, but it still feels like a community. We don’t have a marketing department or people to write polished speeches for us. We just do the work we know how to do. It’s a small, dedicated effort run from a quiet street in Karnataka.
