Orange County Resort

Orange County Resort is located in Siddapura, specifically near the Karadigodu Post in Coorg. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but that is how it is in this part of Karnataka. The roads can be narrow and bumpy depending on the time of year. We are surrounded by trees and lots of greenery, which is nice if you like nature. The air smells different here compared to the city. We have been operating from this same spot for a while now. It is a quiet life for the most part. Sometimes the rain gets very heavy and everything turns into a big mud puddle, but we manage to keep things going. The local post office is right there in Karadigodu, and that is where all our mail goes. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. It is just a resort tucked away in the hills where things move a lot slower than elsewhere. You won't find any big shopping malls nearby, so we have to plan ahead for our supplies. The staff mostly come from the small villages around here. We spend a lot of our time just keeping the grounds tidy because the plants grow incredibly fast in this climate. It takes constant work to stop the bushes from taking over. If you look for us on a map, look for the Siddapura area. It’s a practical place to be if you want to be away from the noise of the bigger towns.
