Being in Murgeshpalya isn't always easy because of the traffic on the main road, but once you turn into Nanja Reddy Colony, things settle down a bit. Our place is on 2nd Cross, right near that Kemp T landmark everyone uses for directions. It’s a busy spot inside the building, though. We spend a lot of time at our desks, mostly staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't syncing up. It’s a typical Bangalore workspace, really. The coffee machine breaks down more than it should, and there’s always someone complaining about the air conditioning being too cold or too warm. We aren't really into those big speeches about changing the world or anything like that. We just show up, do the coding or the support work, and try to beat the evening rush hour home. Lunch is usually a quick thing, maybe something brought from home or a quick bite from a nearby stall. You can hear the planes from the airport sometimes, which reminds us where we are in the city. It’s a mix of people from all over India here. Some have been with the company for a decade, others are just learning the ropes. We keep things pretty casual among ourselves. No one wears a tie unless they absolutely have to. It’s just a bunch of regular people trying to keep the systems running smoothly without too much fuss.
