Our spot is in J P Nagar 7Th Phase, specifically at D1202 Brigade Gardenia. Being in a residential complex like Brigade Gardenia gives our office a bit of a different feel compared to a standard business park. It’s more peaceful, and you see families walking around outside, which is a nice change of pace. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for the space we have. At Oracle India Pvt Ltd, we aren't really into big meetings that go nowhere. We prefer just talking across the room to get things sorted. Bangalore 78 is a nice area to be based in, even if the commute can be a bit of a pain for some of us coming from further away. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and the hum of the air conditioning. We have a small kitchen area where we keep our lunch boxes and a kettle for tea. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging up. We just know what we need to do each day and we get on with it. It feels more like a small community than a cold office. Most of us have been here long enough that we know how everyone likes their coffee. It’s a simple life here in the 7th Phase. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make the workday go as smoothly as possible.
