Being in Bangalore, we are right in the middle of everything that goes on in the tech world here in Karnataka. Oracle India Limited has been around this city for quite a long time. It is a big place, and sometimes it feels like every other building is an office, but we have our own way of doing things. Our team is pretty grounded. We don't spend a lot of time on those big corporate slogans you see on billboards. Instead, we just focus on the actual tasks that come across our desks every morning. The traffic in the city can be a real headache, but we have all gotten used to it over the years. We show up, have our tea, and then get started on the work. It is a mix of different people from all over India who have ended up here in Bangalore. We share the same space and just try to make sure we don't fall behind on what is expected of us. It is a very practical atmosphere. We don't really have time for anything that isn't helping us finish the day's goals. Most of us have been in this industry for a bit, so we know that being reliable is more important than being flashy. It is just a regular office life, really. We work hard, we talk to each other, and we go home.
