You can find us at CMH Road in Indranagar. It’s one of the busier spots in Bangalore. We are Oracle Finincial Services Software Ltd. Being in Indranagar means there’s always somewhere to grab lunch, which is nice for the team. Our office is a place where a lot of software work happens. We sit at our computers for most of the day. It’s a lot of code and numbers. The building is modern enough, but it gets dusty like everywhere else in the city. CMH Road is usually packed with traffic, so we hear the honking and the motorbikes all day long. We’ve got a mix of people working here. Some are young and new, while others have been in the industry for a long time. We don’t use much corporate jargon when we’re just talking to each other by the water cooler. We’re just trying to get the software to work right before the next update. It’s a lot of debugging and long meetings in small rooms. We have a break room where we hang out and talk about our weekends. Indranagar has changed a lot lately; it’s much louder and more crowded now. But it’s still a good place to be for a tech company like ours. We don’t make big promises, we just do the coding and the testing. It’s a pretty standard software office life. We’ve got our routines and our deadlines. We just keep our heads down and work through the tasks on our lists.
