Optra Care

Optra Care is over at No. 285 in the 4th Block of Koramangala. We are on 11th Main, which is a pretty busy street. If you know Maharaja Restaurant, we are just a short walk from there. We focus on physiotherapy and help people get back their movement after injuries or surgeries. The space is simple and dedicated to exercises and treatment tables. Koramangala is a loud and active neighborhood, but once you step inside, it's just about the work. We get a lot of office workers from nearby who have neck or back strain, and some older folks from the houses around here too. Parking is usually a nightmare on 11th Main, so we always suggest people come a bit early or take an auto. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It is just a team of people who know about muscles and joints. We spend our time showing people how to stretch and doing the physical therapy they need. It is a lot of hands-on work every day. We don't put on any airs; we just focus on the recovery process. People come back week after week for their sessions, so we get to know them pretty well. It’s just a straightforward place for physiotherapy in the heart of Koramangala. No fancy equipment is going to replace the hard work of rehab, so we just stick to that.
