Optimosys Solutions

Our place is in Sanjay Nagar, Kandivali West, at Sector 2, 124. Optimosys Solutions is the name we use for the business. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s pretty calm and quiet most of the time. We’re on the ground floor of the building. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes when we need a break from the computer screens. Inside, it’s just a few desks and a lot of books stacked up on shelves. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. The landlord is a nice guy who lives upstairs and we chat with him sometimes. We try to keep the noise down because of the neighbors living right next door. We mostly work on software and systems stuff. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking. We have a whiteboard that is covered in scribbles and diagrams that only we understand. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We often have music playing in the background, usually something mellow that doesn't distract us. Sometimes we bring our dogs into the office if they can't be left at home for the day. It’s that kind of place. We don’t have big fancy logos on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on what we have to do for the day. Kandivali is a good neighborhood, and we like being part of the local community here. It feels more like a home than an office most of the time.
