You can find Optimism IT Solutions over in RR Nagar. We are located in the 5th Stage of BHEL Layout 9, right on the 2nd Cross. It’s pretty easy to find because we’re directly opposite the Baldwin School. Being near a school means our mornings and afternoons are marked by the sound of the school bell and kids playing outside. It’s a bit of a quieter neighborhood compared to the middle of the city. We’re a small IT company. We handle various software tasks and help out with technical issues. Despite the name, we aren't about big slogans. We just try to be practical about the work. The team is made up of a few local folks who have been in the tech industry for a long time. Our office is a simple space. We have our computers and some whiteboards for sketching out ideas. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in on whatever project is currently on the table. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but mostly we try to keep regular hours. We like this part of town because it feels more like a community than a business park. People in the area know us, and we try to keep things straightforward with everyone we deal with. It’s just a regular small business trying to do things the right way.
