We are over in Madiwala, Bangalore, at number 3 on 11th Cross in Maruthinagar. It is a busy neighborhood, always full of people and small shops. Optical Fusion Software Services (I) Pvt Ltd is based here in a building that does not really look like a tech office from the outside. Inside, it is mostly just us and our computers. Bangalore is known for software, but we are not in one of those huge parks on the outskirts. We prefer being in the city where things are happening. The 11th Cross is a bit narrow, so parking can be a real headache if you are not on a scooter. Our office has a lot of wires running everywhere and the hum of servers in the background. We spend a lot of time debugging things and writing code. It is not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the challenge of fixing problems. We do not have any fancy perks like a gym or a cafeteria. We usually just go out to the local mess for food. The team is small, and we have all worked together for a long time. We know each other's coffee orders by heart. It is a very straightforward environment. We just show up, do the coding, and try to get things delivered on time. It is a quiet life of technical work right in the middle of the Madiwala bustle.
