Ops-On Tech is tucked away in the HAL Industrial Area. We’re in that building called Touch Down at number 202 on the second floor. It’s an interesting spot because you can always hear the activity from the industrial side of things nearby. Vibhuthipura is a busy part of Bangalore, and getting to work can be a bit of a challenge some days. Our office isn't anything special. It’s got a few desks, some computers, and a small area where we have our lunch. We do tech operations work. It’s the kind of stuff that needs to happen so everything else runs right, even if people don’t notice it. We’re a small team, and we like it that way. No one is wearing a suit here. We just come in, check the logs, and get to work on whatever needs fixing or updating. The power goes out once in a while, but we have backups to keep us going. We’ve been at this for a few years now. Most of us live fairly close by, so we know the local area and the best spots to grab a quick tea. It’s just a normal workplace with people who know their way around a server. We don't have any big marketing plans or fancy brochures. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they need something specific done. It works for us.
