Opreations Executive

We operate out of the Jairam Building, which is located at 61 East Street in Annayappa Garden. It’s over in Neelasandra, Bangalore-47. The name on the door says Opreations Executive. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we just call it the office. The building is older, and the neighborhood is always humming with noise from the street. We’re mostly busy with the day-to-day logistics and making sure things move from point A to point B. It’s a lot of coordination. Being in Neelasandra means we’re close to the center of things, but East Street has its own quiet moments too. The team is just a few of us sharing the space. We don’t have fancy furniture or a coffee machine that makes lattes; we usually just send someone out to the corner stall for chai. Our work involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of schedules. It can get a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we've learned how to handle it over the years. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. If there's a problem, we just talk to each other and solve it. It’s practical work for practical people. We’ve been in this building for a bit now, and we know all the neighbors. The Jairam Building has a few other small businesses in it, so there's always someone coming or going. We share the space and keep to ourselves mostly. It’s just the nature of the work in Neelasandra.
