Operation Manager

Our office is located on the first floor of the BMT Complex right on Margasa Road in Malleswaram. If you know Bangalore, you know this area has a lot of old trees and a different feel than the newer parts of the city. We’ve been operating from this same spot for quite a long time now. The building itself is a bit older, so the stairs can be a little steep and the hallways are narrow, but it suits us just fine. We don't have a big, fancy reception area or glass walls. It's mostly just a few of us sitting at our desks, surrounded by stacks of paper and empty tea cups. Our daily work for Operation Manager is pretty straightforward. We manage different tasks, which means a lot of coordinating with teams and making sure everything stays on schedule. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a tie every day. We’re usually in casual clothes, just trying to get through the to-do list. We know the people in the shops downstairs and usually grab our morning coffee from the vendor on the corner. There isn’t a lot of polish to how we run things, but we get the job done. We don’t bother with big meetings that don't go anywhere. We just talk across the room to each other when something needs fixing. It’s a local way of working and it’s served us well so far.
