Opalescent It Solutions Private Limited is situated in the Purva Panorama complex at Kalyana Agrahara. We are in N Block, apartment 408. It is a bit of a different way to run an IT business, working out of a residential block, but it works for us. Manoj Chandra Gupta is the name on the records. The view from the fourth floor is actually quite nice, especially when it rains in Bangalore. Because it is a big apartment complex, there is a lot of security at the gate, and it feels very safe. We have turned the main living area into our workspace with plenty of monitors and cables. It is not a formal office with cubicles or anything like that. We just sit around and get the coding and tech work done. Sometimes we go down to the common areas for a walk when our brains get stuck. Kalyana Agrahara is a bit far out for some people, but it is a peaceful neighborhood compared to the city center. We do not have any big corporate signs on the door, just a small nameplate so people know they have the right flat. It is a practical setup for a small team like ours. We just handle our daily tasks and keep things moving without any big fuss or complicated rules. It feels more like a home than a workplace most of the time.
