We are situated at No.100 in HAL 2nd Stage. It’s right next to the Indian Airlines Quarters on 11th Main Road and 10th Cross in Indiranagar. This is a pretty well-known part of town. Onsite Systems & Services has been operating from this address for a good stretch of time. The neighborhood is mostly quiet compared to the main commercial streets, which we like. It makes it easier to concentrate on the hardware. We don't have a big corporate office. It’s more like a workshop where we keep all our tools and spare parts. Sometimes people find it hard to spot us at first because we’re tucked away near the quarters. But once you find the 11th Main, it’s straightforward. We spend a lot of our time out on calls, but someone is usually at the base. It’s not a fancy operation. We have some old desks and plenty of power strips. We deal with whatever technical issues come up in the area. Indiranagar has changed a lot, with new cafes and shops popping up every month. We’ve stayed pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and handle the repairs. There is no script when we talk to people. We just say what the problem is and how long it might take. It's a small, practical business that stays busy and gets the work done.
