Onfocus System

Onfocus System is located out in Electronic City, specifically at 1440 New Mico Road, Hosa Road, near 5th Cross in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here depending on where you live. The traffic on Hosa Road can be a real headache in the mornings, which is something we deal with daily. Most of our time is spent handling systems and technical setups. It’s a lot of trial and error, honestly. Our office isn't anything to write home about. It’s just a functional space with enough light and enough power outlets for all the gear. Meetings that last for hours aren't our thing. Usually, just talking across the room works fine if someone has a question. A small team runs things here. Some of us have been together since the very beginning. Coffee from the stall down the road is a staple since it’s better than the stuff we make in the office. Working in Electronic City means we’re surrounded by a lot of big companies, but we’re just a small outfit. A fancy lobby or a security guard at the front desk doesn't exist here. You just walk in the door. Sometimes staying late is necessary when a system goes down unexpectedly. It’s frustrating, but the work gets done eventually. Marketing budgets aren't something we have. Relying on doing decent work and people finding out about us that way has been enough so far.
