You can find One81 R&D Technologies Llp over in Jagdish Nagar. We are up in unit 301 of Maruti Paradise on the 5th Main Road. It’s a pretty standard building in Bangalore North. We spend a lot of time here looking at data and trying to figure things out. R&D work takes a lot of patience, and the office reflects that. It is mostly quiet with some low music playing in the background. We have a few plants that we forget to water sometimes, which is a bit of a shame. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is not as loud as the city center. We like that. It lets us focus on the technical details without too much distraction. Most of the staff live nearby, so we do not have to deal with the worst of the city traffic every single day. We do not have a receptionist or anything; usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. Maruti Paradise is easy enough to spot once you are on 5th Main. We have been here for a while and the space feels lived in. There are stacks of papers on some desks and some old hardware in the corner. It is just a place where work happens. We keep things pretty informal. No big speeches or corporate slogans, just us doing our daily tasks.
