Our office is situated at 46/3 11 Main, 1St Cross, which is right opposite the Btm Water Tank in Bangalore. That water tank is a huge landmark, so we usually just tell people to look for that and they find us easily enough. The company name is just On, which is short and simple, much like how we run things here. Btm Layout is always buzzing with students and young professionals, so there is a lot of energy on the streets. Our building is right in the thick of it. The stairs leading up to the office are a bit steep and narrow. Inside, the space is divided into a few small rooms where we keep our equipment and desks. It can get a bit loud because of the traffic on the 11 Main, especially during the rush hour in the evenings. We have a small balcony where we keep some dry plants and take short breaks. The desks are a bit old and the chairs squeak a little when you move, but they do the job. We don’t have a fancy sign outside, just a small board. Most of our day is spent on the computers or talking to each other about the projects we are handling. It’s a busy little hub in a very crowded part of the city. We just try to stay organized and keep the work moving forward every day without any big complications or unnecessary stress.
