You can find us on the first floor of the A.V.S Arcade, which is in the 6th Block of Rajajinagar. We are right there on Dr. Rajkumar Road, so it is easy enough to find if you know Bangalore at all. Omnicron Technologies Pvt Ltd isn't one of those massive IT companies with a whole campus and a gate. We just have this floor in the arcade. It is usually pretty quiet inside, except for the sound of people typing and the occasional hum from the server room. We work on a lot of different tech stuff, from software bits to hardware pieces that need testing. The office layout is pretty basic—just desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and wires running along the walls where we have had to add new connections. We do not really do the whole corporate culture thing with team-building exercises or wall posters. We just show up, do the coding or the testing, and then head out to avoid the worst of the evening traffic. Sometimes we grab lunch at the small places around Rajajinagar, which is one of the better parts of working here. We deal with technical problems all day, which can be a bit of a headache, but we have got a good rhythm going now. It is just a normal workplace where we try to stay on top of the projects and make sure nothing crashes unexpectedly before the weekend starts. It keeps us busy enough throughout the month.
