You can find us at 17, 1st Floor on 2nd Cross in Kausernagar. We’re right on the Dinnur Main Road in the R T Nagar Post area of Bangalore. We’ve been doing BPO work here for quite some time. It’s a busy office, especially during the peak hours when the phones are ringing or the data is coming in fast. The first floor gets a lot of the street noise, but we’re used to it by now. It’s just the sound of the city. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fountain. It’s just a workspace where we get things done for our clients. The staff here is mostly local, and we all know the R T Nagar area well. We usually walk to get our snacks during the breaks. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just service work, making sure the tasks are finished on time. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project. That’s just the nature of this business. We try to keep things organized, but it can get a bit messy with papers and coffee mugs. We’re just a small team trying to do a good job in this part of Karnataka. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We like being on the main road because it’s easy for everyone to get to. We’re just here every day, doing the work. It’s not much of a story.
