You can find us at Omi (Division Of Laqshya Media) in Flat 102 of Saifee Apartements. We’re located in the 8th Block of Koramangala, on 1st B Main. Being in Koramangala means there is always something going on outside, and it’s a bit of a struggle to find parking most days. Even though we are a division of Laqshya Media, our day-to-day life here in the apartment feels pretty independent. We do a lot of the ground-level work for media campaigns. It’s not like those big agencies you see on TV. Our office is literally an apartment, so it has a very different feel. We’ve got desks in the living area and people working in the rooms. It’s a bit informal, and we like it that way. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria, we just order in or go to the small shops nearby. The work is mostly about planning and making sure the media stuff is where it should be. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking details over and over. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a big project going on, but we’ve got a good rhythm. We don’t talk much about "visions" or "excellence," we just try to make sure we don’t miss any deadlines. It’s a practical, local office where people work hard and then head home through the Bangalore traffic. The neighbors are mostly families, so we keep it quiet.
