If you go to Basaveshwara Nagar and look for the Srg Complex, you will find us at 737/L. We are right opposite the Panacea Hospital, which makes it very easy to give directions to anyone coming over. Omega Infotech has been in this spot for some time now. The complex is a bit older, but it serves us well for the tech work we do. We have some computers set up and a lot of spare parts lying around on the workbenches. It’s the kind of place where you might trip over a power cord if you aren't careful. We handle different kinds of tech issues that people in the neighborhood bring to us. It’s mostly just us troubleshooting software or fixing hardware that stopped working. The hospital across the street is always busy, so there is a constant flow of cars and people outside our window. We don’t have any slick marketing or a front desk person. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. We like being in this part of town because it’s convenient. The office isn't particularly large, but we make the most of the space with shelves for all the gadgets and tools we use. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up in the morning, drink some coffee, and start working through the pile of things that need fixing.
