We’ve been here at Ranka Colony for a while now, right on Bannerghatta Road. It gets pretty loud outside with the Bangalore traffic, but inside we’re usually just busy with flight bookings and sorting out paperwork for Oman Air. It's a small team here, and sometimes the printers act up right when we have a line of people waiting, but we manage. Most days start with a quick tea and then we dive into the emails. You know how it is, people calling about ticket changes or asking about baggage rules. We try to keep up with everything. The office isn't anything fancy, just desks and computers, but it works for what we do. Sometimes we stay late when the systems are slow, which happens more than we'd like. Being in Bangalore, everything feels rushed, but we’ve got a good rhythm going here in the 612 block. People come in from all over the neighborhood, sometimes just to ask questions they could’ve searched online. We don't mind. It's nice to actually talk to the travelers instead of just seeing names on a screen all day. Some of us have been working together for years now, so we're more like a small family than just coworkers. We just do our bit to get folks where they need to go without too much fuss. It's simple work but keeps us on our toes every single morning when we open up.
