Olwen Technologies Private Limited

Olwen Technologies is located on the 3rd floor of a building in the Yerrainapalya area of Kowdenahalli. We are at No. 03, right in Ramamurthy Nagar. The office is a straightforward space where we handle our technical work. There’s no elevator in the building, so we all get a bit of a workout every day just getting to our desks. It’s a very basic setup, with just the equipment we need to do our jobs. We don’t have any fancy decorations or lounge areas. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting at our computers and working through whatever projects we have on hand. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small shops, so it feels like a real community. We aren't a big company with lots of rules. We just show up and get to work. Sometimes we talk about the latest tech trends, but mostly we just focus on the tasks we need to finish. The 3rd-floor view is nothing special, just the roofs of the surrounding buildings, but it’s our little corner of Bangalore. We try to keep things as uncomplicated as possible. If someone has a question, they just ask it. There’s no need for formal meetings or long emails. We just want to do our work well and keep the business moving along one day at a time. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living, and that suits us just fine.
