We are located at No. 295 in the 7th Sector of HSR Layout. This part of Bangalore is always full of life, with lots of small businesses and startups everywhere you look. Our office for Oive Indian Innovation is a simple space that we’ve tried to make as comfortable as possible. We don’t have a massive budget for interior design, so it’s mostly just functional furniture and our workstations. The street outside can get quite loud with traffic and people, but inside we just focus on our projects. Most of our day is spent dealing with technical challenges and trying to figure out how to make things work better. We are a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There isn't any need for formal reporting or fancy titles. We just talk to each other like regular people. HSR Layout is a great place to be because there are so many food options nearby, and we usually end up going out for a quick bite together. Sometimes we stay late when we are in the middle of a difficult task, but we try to keep a balance. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to keep the business running and make sure our work is solid. It’s a very straightforward and honest environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we just want to get the job done and go home at the end of the day.
