Of Ramanashree Group Of Hotels

We are tucked away in Chamarajapet at No 225/2, right on the corner of 1st Main and 7th Cross. This part of Bangalore still has that old feeling to it, which we like. The office for the Ramanashree Group of Hotels is pretty straightforward. We don't have a big lobby or anything like the hotels themselves. It’s just where the admin stuff happens. The stairs are a bit narrow and the paint is peeling a little in the corners. We’ve got desks full of ledgers and old files. It smells a bit like paper and tea. Most of us have been here a long time. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells snacks at the corner. Sometimes it gets noisy when there’s a festival or a procession on the main road. We just keep the windows shut then. It’s a functional space. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re mostly just focused on the books and the schedules. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and complaining about the traffic or the heat. That’s just life in Bangalore-18. It’s an honest place to work and we don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We usually lock up around six and head home like everyone else. The neighborhood is quiet at night once the shops close up.
