Ocwen

Ocwen is located at No. 18 on the 9th Main in the 1st Cross of Jayaram Reddy Garden. This is in the Banaswadi area of Bangalore. It is a fairly quiet street compared to some of the other parts of the city. Our office is a plain building with a small gate. We have been in this spot for several years now and the staff is quite familiar with the routine. Inside, the space is filled with rows of desks and the hum of computer fans. We don't have any big art pieces or designer furniture, just the standard chairs and tables that we need to do our work. The 1st Cross is a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when people are driving through. We usually spend our whole day at our desks, but we take turns going out to the main road to get some fresh air or a snack from the local vendors. There is a lot of typing and talking on the phones going on throughout the day. We have a small area in the back where we keep our bags and lunch boxes. It’s a very straightforward workplace where everyone knows what they are supposed to do. We don't have any big meetings or corporate presentations, we just look at our screens and get through the files. It is a steady place to work and we like the location.
