Oceanus Dwellings

Oceanus Dwellings has its office at 207 in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. BTM is a crowded place, especially with all the students and young workers living nearby, so there is always a lot of energy on the streets. Our office is right in the thick of it. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters and talking to people who are looking for a place to stay. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes it feels like the phone never stops ringing. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door. The office itself is pretty basic, just some chairs, desks, and a map of the area on the wall. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a high-end showroom. We’d rather just show you the actual buildings and let them speak for themselves. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know the local area like the back of our hands. We know which streets get flooded when it rains and where the best tea stalls are. It’s a practical business. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts. We just try to help people find what they need and make sure the details are sorted out. It’s a long day usually, but we like the pace of it.
